Thunderbird stopped receiving email. Wants to send outgoing mail to "newsgroup"

My Thunderbird account stopped receiving email last night. When I try to send email or reply to previous email it pulls up a "newsgroup" form instead of the usual address form. Please help!

Yes I did, twice. This is on my desktop and the weird thing is it is still working fine on my laptop.
