Cant send messages while uploading

Usually Thunderbird works fine. But when I upload anythin in my browser (Chrome) then i cant send messages. The e-mailprovider doesn't matter too (i used reflex, 1und1, yahoo, gmail) it never works, while uploading. The Homepage where i Do the upload (all in chrome) seems to matter. for example with mega.nz it never works. With youtube it works. He tries to connect with the server but it takes to long and then it fails. What can I do?

try using Firefox or even Edge and see if it manages the upload bandwidth usage better than chrome does. I suspect the problem is chrome.
