I do not currently have Firefox on my computer and am trying to download it. When I click the green download button, the dialog opens and I click 'run'. It shows the process of downloading the file, but then the dialog just goes away and the setup wizard never opens. I also can't find any evidence of the file on the computer. It's a Lenovo laptop with Windows xp 2002 with 1.60 GHz, 504 MB of RAM. My account type is Computer Administrator. Please help.

Just to try things out, please click Save instead of run (remember where it get's saved to), and when the file is saved to your computer, go ahead and double click it, and authorize it to run. It seems IE is having some problems downloading.
