when I go on a site to buy the safety padlock no longer appears ?
If I wish to purchase a product off the internet or do some online banking the safety padlock which needs to appear in either the top right or bottom right of the application box when you get round to the personal details, simple no longer appears, so I no longer use your application as much, sad I like your browser the best but not safe anymore for me.

Firefox is still safe. I am guessing the old style padlock had become insecure, as it was too easy for a rogue site or script to spoof it. You will still see the padlock but you will need to click the site identity button first. (Note the colour of the site identity button, blue or green is more secure than grey)
