I have had my I-TUNES account for years-and today when I went on it said it was EMPTY>> I tried to reinstall this twice and it kept coming up with an error 5..I have windows vista. please can someone help!!!

How is that related to Firefox and Firefox support?

Sounds like an Apple support issue.
