Main scrollbar works, <div> scrollbar displays correctly but does not work.

overflow scrollbar displays, but cannot drag up and down. Tried 3 different computers with three different firefox. Even with Aurora. Site is in wordpress. IE works fine. this is the complete tag for that div.
