I had previously asked how to download version 3.6 as my school, USF says that version is the most compatible with their system. You sent me an email with a link to confirm and I keep getting an error message. Please rectify this situration.

Use http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-older.html where you will have to select the correct Operating System (Windows) and the correct language, (presumably en-US).
