Why does Firefox send back to the sign-on page when I click on "Research" on Schwab's web site?

Since installing the latest update, I have consistently been unable to perform research on the Schwab web site because when I click on research my browser goes there, but then immediately sends me back to the log-on screen. This is BIG issue for me, as I rely on Firefox for this work.

Please, can you help?
