I upgraded to FF 3.6.10 and now FF will not run at all. (Safe Mode will.)

I upgraded to FF 3.6.10. I have tried opening/starting FF from the Start Menu, from the Desktop FF Icon, and from the Program Folders Mozilla folder.

When I try to run FF, it will not start. In the Task Manager, FF shows up in the list of Processes -- for 1 second or less, and then disappears.

FF Safe Mode, however, will run.
