How to make static the default upload folder?

Here is firefox's default behavior: whenever you need to upload a file, it remembers from which folder you have uploaded, and next time you need to upload some file, it proposes that folder.

I would like to change this, and make sure that everytime I want to upload some file, it is the same unique default folder which will be proposed.

In brief I want Firefox to stop remembering from which folder I upload and to stop proposing me the last one used.

I made some searches on google and found about the key browser.download.lastDir and how to modify the user.js file so that it is reset at each startup, but this value only affects the download folder and there don't seem to be a link with the upload folder.
