Fullscreen is glitching on Pixel 7

Whenever I try to watch a video in Fullscreen in the app on my Google Pixel 7 (YouTube, Dailymotion, or any other site) the app glitches and stutters for a few seconds before it kicks me out and sends me back to home screen of my phone. I then have to force close the app and restart it, otherwise the orientation will be stuck and off center.

This happens intermittently, and sometimes I have to close and restart the app multiple times just to watch a YouTube video. Everything is up to date, and I've tried both adding and removing all of my different add-ons with no effect. This issue does not occur in any other video streaming apps or when using other browsers.
