I am constantly getting emails cut off that do not get cut on friends programs. I keep getting these damn "secure connection" crap in the middle of a program that I am interested in. I pisses me off that cannot watch something that came from a friend that they are able to watch without the cutoff. Either quit cutting me off or I will cut moz://a off and go to another carrier. I have reached the end of my frustration!!!

Hello,

Although it may seem like this is the case, we are not cutting you off. You may be experiencing an issue with SSL.

I will assume you mean a website that when attempting to connect, you get an error.

Please try disabling DoH (DNS over HTTPS), others have had similar problems, caused by DoH.

To disable DoH, please scroll to the bottom of about:preferences#general and click settings under the network settings header at the bottom. Then unclick "Enable DNS over HTTPS"

Please note if this solved your problem, and if it didn't, a screenshot would be appreciated, as well as possibly the website if it is a public one.

As I said, DoH is DNS over HTTPS. It is a security/privacy feature, which encrypts your DNS traffic. It is known to cause issues.

SSL is Secure Socket Layer. This is effectively the padlock in the top right corner for websites. It allows you to communicate with servers using encryption.

These technologies tend to work fine together, but sometimes they cause issues with each other. SSL is more important that DoH, so disabling DoH would solve the issue.

Please retry the website before doing this though. The issue occurred a month ago.
