Upgraded to 78.4.0 and it reset all of my folder preferences. Any way to get them back without redoing each one?

I like my folders with the latest e-mail at the top of the list, not the bottom. The latest TB update just reset all of my folders (well over 100) to the default of latest at the BOTTOM of the list! Additionally, it decided that all of my auto filters no longer worked as the messages come in - but if I filter the Inbox manually ("Run Filters on Folder"), all of the filters work fine.

The only way to ensure that the folders are now back to top-of-list display is to click on the Date to re-sort AND Repair the folder under Folder Preferences. When I click on a Folder, and sometimes its Preferences, TB does some processing on the folder (takes several seconds) before it displays again ("Building summary file"). Since TB apparently needs to do this processing to accurately deal with all my folders, is there a macro or some other program that can do them in a batch instead of individually?

I have no idea how to get the filters to automatically work again.

This has happened once before on an upgrade and I spent quite a while repairing folders. Does anyone have an easier method to get back to my original configurations for folders and filters? Thanks!
