web-push doesn't work, strange serviceworkers status

FF android ver. 62.0b21 (I also tried Nighly and Stable, problem persists), I register web-push from twitter, but it never works.

about:serviceworkers page shows it, but the state is always "Updating..." In about:config everythin about service workers and web push is enabled
