are we still able to add persona themes in thunderbird?

i used to beable to click see all, features and themes, search for the persona that i wanted for thunderbird and add it easily now it just adds the persona for firefox. are we no longer able to add themes/personas for thunderbird?

Thunderbird and firefox now use separate add-on sites. Thunderbird is as addons.thnderbird.net.

If you do your browsing within Thunderbird them Thunderbird will locate the correct site for you. But previews of themes are a thing of the past it would appear. See https://blog.mozilla.org/addons/2018/07/12/upcoming-changes-for-themes/
