How do I view my account statement from a business?

Here is what is happening. When I want to view a past statement the website tells me it appears that I do not have a pdf plug in for this browser. I have been trying for the past hour to install a pdf reader and every time it just disappears. What do I need to do? I use modzilla firefox.

Firefox has a built in PDF reader. https://support.mozilla.org/bg/kb/use-adobe-reader-plugin-view-or-download-pdf-files#w_viewing-pdf-files-in-firefox
