Can't create subfolders in Saved folder

I try to create a subfolder in my Saved folder, and I'm able to create the name for it successfully, but it doesn't appear in the Saved folder. This hasn't been a problem before.

Do you have other sub folders of the sent folder? Is the account IMAP or POP? Who is the email provider?
