I have 2 e-mail addresses, one works in Thunderbird, the other does not, all settings identical

This problem just started in the last month. All settings in "Tools, Account Settings" are identical. Current Error message reads: Login to server imap.comcast.net failed. Three radio buttons on error message. Retry Enter New Password Cancel

The Enter New Password button does not make sense, Why would it ask for a new password?

it asks, just in case you have changed you password on the comcast site.
