TB won't recognize PW for one of my email accounts

I have three gmail accounts, one of which I only recently opened. I was able to set up the first two accounts in TB with no problem. When I opened the third account, however, TB tells me that the password is incorrect. I have tried several times and get the same message each time.

I have gone back to the gmail site, signed out and signed back in. The same PW I have been trying to use in TB works perfectly on the gmail site, so I know it is correct. I even tried a copy and paste, to be sure I wasn't inputting it improperly. But TB still won't recognize it as valid.

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong and how I can get TB to accept this account? It is my new work email, so if I am going to continue to use TB I must get this worked out.

Thanks.

Thank you! That seems to have taken care of it. Why, though, is TB considered a "less secure application"? That does concern me.
