Is a link supposedly to Firefox, but has the word "bluesky" in it legitimate?

In Windows my Constant Guard updated and I got a message asking if I would allow Mozilla to take over my computer to update it. Although the address given appears to be Firefox, it also had the word "bluesky" in it and that did not look familiar to me, so I'm afraid to give it my approval. Is this a legitimate address? What should I do? (I'm obviously less than computer-savvy!) Thank you.

hello JanetKb, would it be possible to attach a screenshot of the message you are getting into a reply on the forum?

How do I create a screenshot of my problem?

philipp - thanks for replying. I lost that screen and can't seem to get it back but I'll keep trying to get it to pop up again. I'll grab a screen shot if I'm successful. Thanks again.

You can check that Firefox isn't set to run as Administrator. Right-click the Firefox desktop shortcut and choose "Properties". Make sure that all items are deselected in the "Compatibility" tab of the Properties window.

  • Privilege Level: "Run this program as Administrator" should not be selected
  • "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" should not be selected
