Have used Thunderbird for years and never had this issue before. Just upgraded to Thunderbird 115.18.0 esr and my calendar is now blank. Did the upgrade erase the data or is a pointer off somewhere? Can I get my calendar back?

При пересылке полученного письма с вложениями от абонента (у абонента почтовый клиент от компании 1С) вложения исчезают. Выяснили, что когда письмо отправляется из 1С "Content-Type: multipart/mixed" , Thunderbird не распознает данный параметр и поэтому удаляет вложения.

Подскажите, какие настройки сделать в почтовом клиенте, чтобы вложения не пропадали?

Hello. I have been unable to send email from one of several POP accounts on Thunderbird (v 115.18.0). I believe this occurred after Network Solutions changed the SMTP server for that email account. I am able to send email from my Gmail IMAP account setup on the same Thunderbird program on my PC. I have tried all the port and authentication settings for SLS/TLS and STARTTLS, changed/updated passwords, etc. I do not get any error messages, just never receive the test email I send to my other accounts. I updated the SMTP server on my iPhone mail app to the new NetSol SMTP and it works on that platform. I just cannot get it to work on Thunderbird on my PC. NetSol support said to delete account and start over which is not possible as it is my business email account. Also, the inbox is too large to back-up to an external drive. Any suggestions? Hi, I paid £7 donation in order to be able to download Thunderbird on my desktop but I couldn't set up my email account and hence I would like a refund. the email account I was trying to set up is [edited] @radorris.com which is on dynadot host.

I bought Thunderbird because Gmail kept telling me I reached my 15gb limit. I thought I could transfer my emails to my local hard drive thereby freeing up my Gmail account. Now Thunderbird is saying I have reached my limit as well. Is there a limit on transferring emails to your hard drive? What am I doing wrong?

When I try to delete mail from Deleted folder (even if there is just 1 email), the thuderbird gets unresponsive. Same when i try to select few emails (headers) for deletion or moving to another folder. Running on Windows 11

I have made no changes to the PC or mail midway through the day it suddenly said input password, the password is correct, but I get incorrect password message. The password works using browser mode.

Some months ago I received an email, but the body of the email was a picture (jpg) from my computer. The sender definitely does not have the image. The content from the sender is missing, and my image is in the body of the email and as an attachment.

This has happened a handful of times over the past 6-9 months, with the same image showing up in emails from various unrelated senders.

I just received an email from my partner who sent me an email with a screenshot attached, but instead of receiving what he sent, I've got an email with my image that randomly shows up in my inbox.

A few days ago it happened, but when I restarted my computer, the unwanted image was no longer present, and the actual email content was visible.

Restarting my computer has not resolved this particular instance.

Does anyone know why Thunderbird is in love with this one image of mine and why it keeps showing up in my inbox in emails from other people?

I get this message when I try to send out emails:

I changed password, and it changed to this:

[R9] Your credentials have been compromised. Clean your devices from malware, change your password or contact support (4beaa535-066d-11f1-a6bf-f7376af24660).

Through my e-mail provide one.com, its working as usual. My other emails works on Thunderbird as well.

I still receive email to Thunderbird email.

Suppose I see 10 incoming emails on my server (core.com). In thunderbird, when I click to download them, I see a message saying something like "downlaoding 10 emails". After that only 2 or 3 of them have been downloaded, the rest deleted. Help! This started happening a couple of weeks ago. I have tried downloading and re-installing Thunderbird, to no avail. Should I change my account settings?
