Need help please to fix this problem: Firefox does not open QR codes on my iPhone. On my phone, the toggle for Scan QR codes is turned on. I open the camera on my phone, point it to a QR code on my laptop screen, Firefox on my phone opens in a new screen -- but nothing happens. What is missing? Thanks for helping me.

I don’t understand what’s going on, but this is not working for me and I am not an eight by person who can get or understand how to use this software I’m a senior and this is frustrating that’s all I can say

Hi! I try to synchronize my mobil iphone 14 and mac airbook wit firefox. I tried new installation firefox, restart iphone, scanning code or choose option e-mail- i always ends on white, empty screen. If i go back than i get the info - could be that there is no internet. I tried wlan and whitout wlan. What else can i do to synchronize?

I am using Firefox on both my Windows PC and my iPhone. Although I am signed into the same Firefox Account on both devices, my "Synced Tabs" section on my iPhone remains empty. I have checked my account settings, and "Tabs" and "History" are both checked for syncing on both devices. I have already tried logging out and logging back in, but the data is still not appearing.

I am trying to use Firefox passwords on on Windows 11 and iPhone via Sync but password changes made in Windows 11 do not sync to the iPhone unless the sync is triggered manually from within the Firefox for iOS app. Password changes do not sync automatically.

Windows 11 v149.0.2 Firefox for iOS v 150.0

On IOS, for the last few days, the syncing of my profile has been failing, because of a timeout.

I have gone so far as to delete my many year-old Firefox Sync profile and rebuild it from scratch, reconnecting various machines. I have also carefully examined said profile, bookmarks, etc. I am unsure of what the timeout issue is, and whether it can be addressed, or of whether my particular use-case is no longer suitable (over the last few days) from Firefox Sync, which is one key reason I've been using Firefox more or less since inception.

Any advice, or is there a bug in the Sync back or front-end?

My laptop, desktop, iphone and ipad are not synchronizing. I cannot find the history from one of those devices on the others. I had set up my home page so that I'd have my history showing up there, but it stopped working. when I ask the desktop browser to send a tab to other devices, nothing happens. This has been going on for weeks. I have tried many things to fix it, but everything seems set to how it is supposed to be. Please help.

Desktop browser: no Bookmarks Phone browser: Bookmarks Goal: Sync phone browser Bookmarks to desktop browser Bookmarks. Danger: backup Bookmarks before Sync syncs wrong way and no data wipes data device.

Desktop browser sync prompt is wrong: Menu -> tap Sync and save data -> tap Ready to Scan -> scan desktop Firefox QR code -> Pairing unsuccessful. Try again. OK

Here's the correct steps: Sync your Firefox experience -> tap I already have Firefox for mobile -> tap Continue -> Sync Firefox on your phone or tablet -> open Firefox 144.1 (62735) on phone -> tap Menu (3 dots at bottom) -> tap Settings -> tap Sync Now -> desktop Firefox -> open new Tab -> Bookmarks appear -> right click Import bookmarks from another browser to Firefox -> tap Remove from Toolbar.

I have linked, synced, authenticated, the whole nine, all my logins are gone, what’s wrong? I’m logged in on my phone, tablet and laptop, still nothing. What am I doing wrong?

Firefox on iOS states "No saved passwords" despite my desktop having all passwords and sync turned on. Turning off sync, signing out and back in, deleting the app and reinstall, all did not resolve the issue.

I used to browse on Firefox on my iPhone, and when I wanted to delve into a tiny page I would send it to my computer's Firefox. That capability seems to have gone away. Is there still a way to do that? I have tried turning Desktop Site on but that doesn't seem to do anything. Help!

I have relied on Lo Wise for years have all of my passwords scored on it however, as of late my account says there is no passwords for my account even though everything is synced from computer and phone and Firefox and is up-to-date please help

How is it that when I try to sync my Firefox app on computers and phone the instructions do not lead where they say, then asks for Gmail or Google log in then tells me my passwords are protected with a number code or Face ID - which I never did or authorized. Could use some help with the cray triangulation.
