Firefox keeps running after I close program. I have to go to windows task manager and end process everytime.
I cannot exit Firefox without going to Windows task manger and ending process. Never had this problem before. Have not downloaded any new programs. I have run anti-malware program which found nothing

Are you closing Firefox properly with File > Exit or just closing the window with the "x" in the upper right corner?
These are equivalent
- File > Exit
- "Firefox" button then Exit
- Alt > file > exit
- "Alt+F" > exit
Even if you close Firefox properly you may still have to use the WTM, but it will be a lot less often,.
