The Adobe PDF Plug-In For Firefox and Netscape 10.0.1 handles the printing of PDF documents opened in a Firefox tab. You need to use the Print button in the Adobe toolbar, and if that toolbar does not show, IIRC - F8 toggles that toolbar.
