i updated and now can't find my reminderfox.. do i have to re-install and is all my stuff gone or good??? help !!!

when upgrading to firefox 6 ( i think ) i clicked to " ok to update " and now i lost my ribbon with reminderfox.. in fact, i can't find reminderfox at all. do i need to re-install?? will this happen every time i upgrade firefox?? and is all my things gone forever??

I had this problem too, and was panicking. Enabling the "add on bar" didn't do the trick.

BUT - I went into Options, Toolbar layout ... and there was the "ReminderFox" icon (the fox head and the ribbon). Added the fox head icon to my toolbar and panic is over. click and up pops all my reminders. Whew!

Wish it was more obvious, but ...
