Better Privacy Update: is it you or imposter? Bogus URL and many typos
"Amelia, it was just a false alarm". This are great news indeed. My deep gratitude to all you open source coders. Love your work. my original comment:
firefox browser started up today (7-29)telling me that
Better Privacy had been updated, that's nice, but the url <chrome://bprivacy/content/BetterPrivacyUpdated.html> doesn't add up, also the article was rife with typos eg first sentence = This are great news. Is this a scam or just sloppy work? either way I am concerned.

EDIT: Now I see what you are talking about. After the update there is a page displayed concerning the update. The first sentence on that page is "This are great news." The developer's home page address indicates the page is hosted in Christmas Island (that's the .cx at the end of the address below). The developer may use English as a "second" language which could explain the grammar. Just a guess. Info about Christmas Islands: https://secure.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/wiki/Christmas_island
The address in the address bar, <chrome://bprivacy/content/BetterPrivacyUpdated.html>, is a file contained within the BP extension file.
See above, written after the following.
Do not know what you are seeing.
Here is the Firefox Add-on page: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/betterprivacy/
Here is the developer's home page: http://netticat.ath.cx/extensions.html
