why is it everytime I click onto something, that it opnes in two additonal tabs?

I don't know what else to say other than I can't understand why whenever I click on to something it opens in two tabs...VERY FRUSTRATING.

Why is there not a live person to walk my through this? If its a setting problem I could have fixed it by now with a live person walking me through this.

This is a user-to-user support forum: we're all volunteers here and since Firefox is a free product, I don't think you'll get many volunteers willing to spend time on the phone talking users through issues somehow.

There are articles on the support site however which answer most things. You just have to google for them. Maybe these articles will help you:
