How to moveTab Menu just above websites. It is counterintuitive to see it so high

Right-click on a toolbar, and click on the "Tabs on Top" entry to de-select it.
Yes, I found the answer right after I posted. Sorry. The video explained clearly why the default preferred and how to change. I didn't have the right vocabulary to find the answer the first time. Thanks!
