Under the "help" tab in Firefox it says "Resume downloading Firefox 3.6.4 - but the download will NOT resume - it just states "waiting for update server"?
Firefox will not complete the latest software update. Under the "Help" tab - it states "Resume downloading Firefox 3.6.4 - but if I click on that - the update download box just states "paused downloading 3.6.4" and "connecting to the update server" but it is just hung there - it does not update.

Remove the files in the updates and updates\0 folder:
C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Mozilla\Firefox\Mozilla Firefox\updates (%LOCALAPPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Mozilla Firefox\updates)
