How ever there are no updates and i have tried re-installing firefox.

The first crash id is a problem with the Flash plugin.

Make sure that you allow the plugin-container process in the firewall.

It's not a problem with flash, i do know for the crash id's provided it is a problem with flash but that's a different case and not related to this.
