Downloads, add-ons,extensions, and the like are not visible. Help?

I cannot view any of my downloads, extensions, add-ons, themes, etc. I know they are there. My downloads complete, but I never see them. I can't install any new add-ons or anything because I can't select them when the window pops up, its just blank.

Do you have that problem when running in the Firefox SafeMode?
http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode
Don't select anything right now, just use "Continue in SafeMode."

Safe mode did not help. After reinstalled firefox, everything seems to be working fine. Thank you.

Your above posted More system details list show that a conduit toolbar has modified the keyword.URL pref: 

keyword.URL : http://search.conduit.com/ResultsExt.aspx?ctid=CT1584344&q=

You may want to look into that.
