Please allow creating new folder directly from the Create Filter dialog

Hello, Often I want to create a new filter Discover that I want to put this in a new folder But because the create filter dialog locks out its parent window Then I have to lose what I entered, then find where I want to create a new folder create the folder there and now start over from scratch building my new filter Also when you create a filter, you should be able to see test matches for the filter you just made There should be a check box to, "run this filter now after creation" The dialog should not lock out its parent window ! And please review the screenshot, this is where we should be able to create folders from
