Firefox 145.02 fails to load websites immediately after Windows 11 Pro x64 startup.

Why does Firefox, AND ONLY FIREFOX 145.02 fail to load ANY AND ALL websites after Windows 11 pro x64 startup? I have to close Firefox, restart it, then close and restart it at least 3 times before websites will load fully. AND IT IS NOT A WINDOWS 11 PRO x64 issue.
