
Unable to restore a Thunderbird backup
Hi all, Thanks for having me here! When signing in to Thunderbird, we have started getting the error message in the image. A number of our staff members are not receiving emails to certain of our email addresses. We tried backing up one of the users, deleted the profile, added the account back into thunderbird, but now cannot restore the profile history to the account. We have cut n paste images of the error console if required. Please help!!!

Press the 'Get Certificate' button, then 'View'.
This will open a new Certificate Viewer window. Please post a screenshot of the Certificate Viewer window with the certificate details visible.
