Lost my complete browser history

I have an issue with Firefox 136.0. My iMac was restarted after a crash, I'm running macOS Catalina 10.15.7. After the crash, I think Firefox did an update in the background. Now, I have lost my entire browser history.

I have tried to recover it under my account > History, but that didn't work. My bookmarks are also gone, but I was able to recover them. All my passwords are still saved on websites. I think Firefox might have lost the browser history file.
