Cannot access <https://www.blacks.co.uk/> or any other outdoors website such as Millets ot Go Outdoors. Been going on for a long time now with error message:

"Sorry, we're unable to process your request.

Please try again. If this issue persists, contact us with the following error code:

Error Code: 635955452029"

You need to provide screenshot errors for other users to verify what if they get the same error or not at those sites. And they did say contact them did you do that as well?

Yes, they did say contact them, which I did but they said responses wouldn't be provided as the email address wasn't monitored. Der!

I have just tried that website myself and it appears to open fine.

If you are trying to make a transaction and it is not being processed, it is really on Blacks to look into for you.

Hi Paul,

Thanks for your reply. All other browers access the websites through Google on my same PC, only Firefox fails. Is there some info I can capture to show the fault such as Inspect (Q)? JD Sports owns the failed websites and yet I can access JD Sports website. https://www.jdsports.co.uk/

I do notice going to the link it as to uses cookies and if you block cookies from the site that could also be a problem.
