I cannot open ANY link in my emails without it starting to download Firefox Installer. I already have Inslatter installed!
I have been struggling with this problem for about 6 months now and no-one I've asked has been able to help me. Even my computer guru failed me! I think it was after an update about last June when I started having this problem An nothing I've tried has had any effect. I had a Geek Squad guy on the phone with me for about 45 minutes to no effect. He said he'd never seen the problem before. I have business emails on that account so I don't want to risk losing them. Can anyone help me please? Christine

Perhaps you have Firefox set as your default browser. Anyway, your mail is not at risk.
