That goes beyond what Firefox does as just a Browser. You need to contact whom created the PowerShell Script how to use it on Firefox.
As a general rule, anything that Firefox considers "executable" is either difficult to impossible to open/run directly from a web page. If a PowerShell link start with a protocol (like zoommtg:, for example), that might bypass the normal handling of executable downloads.
