I can't fix it I need help I don't understand they messed up my phone from a phone company the other day they shut down both phones both phones are different manufacturers there's only one way that's going to happen if somebody did it

I just filled one of these out I don't know why I'm having to do it again I can't do updates I can't do phone to Chrome I can't do nothing my stuff aren't coming something that coming through receipts from messages from phone calls nothing's coming through I can't do certain things and I know nothing about computers I've been trying for 6 days I don't want to do it anymore I need somebody to fix it please

This does not sound like an issue with Firefox for Android, but is something that your telephone service provider should be able to help you with.
