thank you for posting on the forum!

You will have to contact us directly via the VPN app and fill in a support form. The ticket will be sent to us with the email address you have subscribed with, then we can cancel and issue you a refund and you will be able to sign up with the correct email address. If you are having any issues you can directly message me your email address and I will have a look for you and reach out to you directly. Thanks!
