this is more of a statement than a question, and it is not the first time i have posted about it. i can't believe i would be the only one with this problem.

i have been using FF for years and although i don't want to, i am being forced to go to chrome.

i spend a lot of time on facebook and when i am on FF whatever "page" i am on just keeps scrolling, so if i am typing something and look at the screen.....where i was typing has moved down and off the screen!! it seems to be getting worse and therefore more annoying!!!

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options)
key, and then starting Firefox. A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).

Is the problem still there?

Then reinstall the latest version.

Note: Windows users should download the active_x for Internet Explorer. and the plugin for Plugin-based browsers (like Firefox).

Note: Windows 8 and Windows 10 have built-in flash players and Adobe will cause a conflict. Install the plugin only. Not the active_x.
