1st thing - is PrintEdit up-to-date?

Latest version is 16.8 - Released May 20, 2016

I missed both updates in May and that solved the problem I was having in Firefox 46.0, but I'm using Win7 32-bit not 10 64-bit.

I'm running Widows 10 64 bit and yes Print Edit I reinstalled yesterday is the latest version - Firefox continues to crash every time I open Print Edit which it didn't do 2 days ago

Let's see some Crash Report ID's.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

1. Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A Submitted Crash Reports list will appear, similar to the one shown below.
2. Copy the 5 most recent Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste those IDs into the "Post a Reply" box.

Note: If a recent Report ID does not start with bp- click on it to submit the report.

(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)

There are no crash reports ?? When I open Print Edit it hangs with small white oblongs down the middle of the page, then "Firefox not responding" followed by options to close or wait for the page to respond. In the end I have to close and reopen Firefox which comes up with the "Well this embarrasing etc." and the option to try and reopen the Tabs I was on or start a new session.

If you're closing Firefox it isn't crashing, hence no crash reports. But the "Well this embarrasing etc." message normally comes up only for the next start after Firefox has crashed; at least that is the only time I recall ever seeing that message.

A screenshot of what you are seeing happen might prove to be helpful.

As I mentioned yesterday, I had a problem with Print Edit in Firefox 46 and either an update of Print Edit or the Firefox 47 update cured the problem I was having.

I have no idea what to recommend to you, but disabling any other extensions you might be a start - to rule out other extensions affecting Print Edit. Or made create a new Profile and just install Print Edit to see if that 'hanging' is gone.

I have Firefox 47 and the latest Print Edit - Ive just tried to open Print Edit and it says "preparing and then Firefox is not responding to I have no alternative but to close - I've taken a screenshot of the "This is embarrasing" page but can't get it to attach to this message ?
