maybe a populate problem

I have 2 financial managers that each use the same clearing services. When I go from one manager (#1) which requires a user name and password to the other manager (#2) which requires a different user name and password it doesn't allow me to put in the right log in information but shows the #1 log in instead and cannot be changed. This only happens on Firefox and not on other browsers. It may be because of an auto population problem in Firefox. If so I need a step by step way to disable this. If not could it be something else?

Do they use the same web address?

Have you tried to enter the password anyway?
