Firefox always crash
I always crash after 5mins :(

First things first:
Have you tried running Firefox in Safe Mode? How to start Safe Mode: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode#w_how-to-start-firefox-in-safe-mode (hold Shift, then double-click or otherwise start Firefox).
This will tell you if it's an add-on like a theme or extension that's the issue (plug-ins are not affected; please check them at https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/plugincheck/).
You've checked 40.0 as your version. You could try updating to 41.x to see if that fixes your problem.
After these basic checks we can dive into the technical details if necessary (and run malware scans and the rest).

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac Options) key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?
While still in Safe Mode,
In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it and select Submit.
Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.
