How do I remove firefox as my default browser
I have unchecked the "Always check if Firefox is your default browser" but it still says it is my default and I cannot get it changed.... I need explorer to be default to run my work programs

Use IE's Internet Options dialog to have IE make itself the default. There's a button on the Programs tab.
You can access that dialog either through IE (tap Alt, then Tools menu, Internet Options) or the Windows Control Panel.
