Continuing the question, Looks like i just set up account for support help.But I think if i reset password past history will be lost in regards to bookmarks. Any help will be great .Thanks

If you don't remember the password of the Firefox account that you use for Sync and have to request a new password then changing the password will remove all data stored on the Sync server, so maybe ty harder if you can remember the password.
