new windows updates, firefox slow to open
My computer installed two new windows updates...KB3021917 and KB3006137. Ever since, Mozilla Firefox is slow to open. It takes at least 5 minutes. However, once the internet is up, it works fine. It is just the process of opening the internet. Please help.

I have done some digging and found out that it should be fine if you skip those two updates.
KB3021917 - Unless you are testing Windows 10, you don't really need this update.
KB3006137 - This update is pretty useless too, it changes the currency symbol of Lithuania. https://support.microsoft.com/kb/3006137?wa=wsignin1.0

I have refreshed firefox. Then I uninstalled and reinstalled. I have made sure everything is up to date. Then the internet would not work so I restored my computer to before the updates and everything worked great. Then windows automatically downloaded the updates again and I have to wait several minutes for firefox to load. Any other suggestions are more than welcome. Thanks in advance :-)
Also, on the windows update page, it states that these two updates were recommended, but not Important. Should I uninstall them permanently?
