I try to compose an e-mail and the address appears from contact list but when you click on it to put in the address in displaces the first two letters and a cross in red. the adress does not work therfore and Ihave to typr it in every time. Very annoying if there are multiple p[eople to send the message t@!'

When you roll (minimally) the mouse wheel, up or down, while using Google Sheets in Firefox (only!), it sends you all the way down to the end of the sheet. Do it again, and it won't move from that position. I have been asking this for a while. Seems like a minor bug, but it's PRETTY annoying for those of us who have the use of the mouse wheel as a second nature. So please, PLEASE, PLEASE , fix the bug!

gmail no longer works in firefox. Nightly has been giving me a message about clearing cache and cookies for many many many months. After I do that, nothing changes and I still end up in a website about clearing cache and cookies.

Firefox ESR is not able to delete gmail emails after I check the delete box. It says they are deleted but the don't ever go away.

I cannot find any version of firefox that works with gmail. Please let me know if you have found one and provide a link for me to download that version.

Since my Firefox application was upgraded recently I am not able to open my text messages on Messages for Web application. The application loads but when I pair with my phone the text messages do not open, it just goes back to the "pair with Phone" screen. On my phone it says "you're all set" like usual but my desktop does not show my texts or contacts.

There have been a reoccurring problem with Firefox that seems to show up in Linux, Windows, and MacOS. When I log into icloud, I get an error message that the icloud username and password is incorrect, even though the same password has been enter in Safari and other non-firefox browser without issue.

I have tried

• Run Firefox in safe mode.
• Clear icloud site data.
• Clear all Firefox browser data.

The only fix seems to be to create a new profile, which seems to point to a profile corruption issue. The problem is that the problem return after a while.

Many sites are fine but bookmarks and links I used for Facebook, eBay and a few other sites stopped working 3 days ago - I have tried lots of things but all failed to fix the problem - does anyone know what the problem is and how to fix it?

I am reporting a performance issue specifically related to Google Search's AI features (AI Overviews) in Firefox 149.0.2 on macOS.

The Issue: When an AI-generated summary appears in Google Search results, GPU usage spikes significantly, reaching up to 212%. This causes the laptop to overheat and triggers high fan speeds.

Critical Comparison:

Firefox 149.0.2: Extreme GPU load and performance degradation when rendering Google AI elements.

Google Chrome 147.0.7727.56: Works perfectly with normal GPU usage under the same conditions.

Tested on two different MacBooks: MacBook Pro (A1502), 16GB RAM, i7 (2015) — OS: macOS Monterey. MacBook Pro (MMQX3), 64GB RAM, M1 Max (2021) — OS: macOS Sequoia (15.x/Tahoe).

Hi i have the following problem using business central, every time i want to paste something on a field, comes up an strange blank window on the left of the browser and is paste there but not on the field. somehow is only happening with business central.

Also my browser is on the last update, has any one had this problem? and know how to solve it? thanks :)

Running into more sites rejecting FF as my browser. Latest as of 4/14/26 : https://carespaceportal.com/chart Had to click to ignore notice to switch to Chrome. Site seems to function w/ FF 149 so far when i log in. I used MS BING search points to extend my Win 10 edition Desktop computer 1 year... There was no mention about my MS Win 10 edition. I'm logged in,,Not sure why this FF page "unable to pull your browser’s troubleshooting data"....

I have very often issues with Firefox/Captcha. Captcha is not recognized by GFirefox, and the communication with the website using Captcha is blocked. It is very irritating. When it won't be fixed I need to move to another browser

This does not happen when I use Edge or Chrome so it's Mozilla specific issue. It happens when we use lightning salesforce instance. I've checked with Salesforce Support and they suggested me reaching out to Mozilla support on this. https://www.salesforce.com/

Google Search CAPTCHA persists unless you sign in to your Google account. This only happens in your browser, from versions 140 to 149. Other browsers don't have this problem. Changing the user agent used to help. Now, nothing works.

The camera just won't work on google meet. It works on zoom and teams just fine. The camera preview before joining a meeting on google meet also works just fine. Sometimes it works on private mode but not always. It works perfectly on other browsers. I have turned off extensions, removed protections and restrictions, created a whole other user account on my laptop and installed firefox on it just to test it out (without signing in/syncing settings) and it still won't work. It doesn't matter whether I'm signed into a google account or not or if it's my meeting or someone else is the host. On private mode it only works if I'm signed out but again not always. Not sure what's up

I've recently had a bit of a strange problem. I use on-line banking. When I wanted to print off the latest transactions, I proceeded as usual. Then, when I clicked 'print', the list of transactions was overwritten by an (apparent) HSBC document headed 'Reactivate your unclaimed account'. I could still print my transactions, but only at a much larger font size.

I phoned HSBC and could not get any help. It was suggested I took the printed pages into a local branch (fine suggestion with all the branches that have closed!). I did. I also took my pinpad into the bank so I could sign in on their computer. Surprise, surprise, the strange document didn't appear. The bank said that it must be my browser at fault and suggested I update the version. However, they were able to confirm that all my accounts were fault and trouble-free, with no suspicious activity.

This evening, I tried to do just that. Nowhere could I find any way of updating Firefox, so I deleted the entire app and reloaded it, using Edge. Once set up, I tried again. I still get the document. If I try using Edge, I don't get the document. Now I'm completely puzzled. What makes me even more suspicious is that this strange document shows all of my HSBC accounts, with the correct figures, but at the foot of the first page, in large letters, is the line "Are you sure you want to redirection?". Very odd language. At the head of the second page is another line "You will be token to a new page to login an view your credit card details". More odd language.

This problem has only occurred on Windows 11 - it never occurred when I was using Windows 10. My anti-virus software (Bitdefender) reports my system is clean. The problem also does not occur when using any other web browser.

My conclusion is that there is a problem between Firefox, Windows 11 and the HSBC online app.

vary unhappy with the new update. never have had issues with fire fox like this. when going to zillow.com i get this message: upstream connect error or disconnect/reset before headers. reset reason: connection termination. I noticed this is only the fire fox browser having this issue. i have already disabled ad blocker and vpn reset fire fox lost all my tabs! reset the computer and nothing still, i get the same message. i have used fire fox since it was a thing and recommending it always. getting a different browser right now to do my house buying, i don't feel safe using fire fox for this adventure any longer. my apologies if this seems like an emotional decision but i see this in everything that gets to big they lose the plot its an infection that is embedded in everything now, windows, home and car pricing. major changes to os and how its used. company's hate there customers anymore and were noticing.

replaced a windows 10 laptop with a Linux Mint 22.3 laptop. Used Sync to transfer profile to the new laptop. Logged into the banking account (BECU.org) successfully. When trying to transfer money from checking to savings, the transaction failed with a statement that the date was invalid. The date was valid. A separate Linux Mint computer that never had a windows profile synced does not show this problem. Disabling all extensions did not fix this problem.

I am not able to copy and paste in Firefox while using Microsoft Office for the web. I can in the same documents using Chrome & Edge I have searched the web and tried every setting I could find but can still not use copy and paste
