Question is all there is, why does Firefox 153.0 x64 CRASH COMPLETELY and Windows 11 x64 "App Crash Reporting" is automatically invoked, 3 out of 4 times a simple "History - Clear History - Clear Everything" function is implemented??

I'm running Firefox 153.1 64-bit on Windows 11 Pro 25H2. I have a LOT of bookmarks. Possibly over 3,000. Somehow over time I've managed to create a LOT of bookmarks in the Other Bookmarks folder unintentionally. I need to move and merge those to the correct Bookmarks Menu and ideally eliminate any dupes. Everywhere I look for a process to accomplish this I seem to get a lot of "can't be done". Does anyone know how to do this? Thanks for any help.

My question is how do I temporarily remove my bookmarks. I have many bookmarks, hundreds, and I want to disable them temporarily for a few days so they can't be seen by another person using my computer. How can I disable them, but then make them all reappear a few days later? Can someone help? Appreciate the help. Thank you.

when i use Chrome or edge to access yahoo email I can write & edit. when using Firefox browser; I cannot write & edit/highlight/change text colours etc before sending. tried deleteing & re-installing Firefox . please help. Driving me crazy rsvp

The VIEW tab in my Firefox will/can read some links and articles to me. It is wonderful.Choosing 'READER VIEW' in the VIEW tab. But some it does not. I'm hoping some AI will have this feature.- speaking it to me. Thanks.

I'm running Windows 11 Pro on a desktop PC. I have used Firefox "Search by Image" many times and I haven't had a problem in the past. A few days ago the search failed for "some" images and now it fails for any and all images that I drag and drop into my browser. Important: It does work for images on the internet. My problem: (1) I drag and drop an image into my browser. (2) I right-click on the image. (3) I select "Search by Image". (4) I select a search engine. Absolutely nothing happens. I've tried with various images and various search engines. Still nothing happens. I don't think I'm doing anything different than I've always done. I haven't changed any settings in Firefox. Any ideas?

Firefox hangs when Thunderbird is open. At this moment, Thunderbird is not open and Firefox is hanging on opening any web page. I had to use Chrome to get to this site and request help. Here is info about my PC:

Two days ago my Firefox icon in the dock looked very different there was an added something. I have not been able to restore my bookmarks or my sidebar and I'm now wondering if you're update did this. I want my bookmarks back in my bookmark side bar please tell me how to get it. Control B does not do it. I am legally blind and this is especially difficult for me. I'm receiving two Ten Tabs to my single email address. If I unsubscribe from one it will also unsubscribe the other since both are sent to the one email. One email sender is firefox_at_mail_mozilla_org_[alpha numeric omitted}@privaterelay.appleid.com, the other sender is firefox@mail.mozilla.org. Is the easiest solution to unsubscribe and then resubcribe?

Hey, I recently started using the Firefox browser, and I have a lot of websites. Sometimes I manage my websites on firefox for the last 1, 2 weeks, whenever I open my website https://manatoki.click/, it sometimes shows a 404 error: site doesn't exist.

It doesn't happen every time but sometimes this issue comes. Then if I open the website again in a new tab, it opens fine. This only happens with Firefox for me. Why is this happening? Is it a host or server connectivity issue, or should I just ignore it?

I'm not sure what update it was but, new system so I had to go into setting and set things how I like. I cant remove options from additional search engines in settings. This used to be a normal feature. It is no longer one. I want to know how to remove them. Not just disable them, it is not the same. It's fine, If I have to manually recompile the browser to get this done. I just don't want them there. On version 155.0a1 on Arch Linux.

Any constructive help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm getting the following error message:

The bookmarks and history system will not be functional because one of Firefox's files is in use by another application. Some security software can cause this problem.

I don't know what prompted this concern on my Windows 11-based laptop, but I only noticed this last night doing some research for another issue. I don't have any of my bookmarks showing up in the bookmarks section, nor will it allow me to click the star on any tab to bookmark the page. I have restarted and shut down my laptop several times and this is not solving the concern. Let me know if you need more information or if I need to start this inquiry again elsewhere, but again it sounds like the same concern.

I have included a screenshot of the exact error for accuracy's sake. Like everyone else here, I'm trying to get my bookmark and history access back up and running but not sure how to go about it.

I have restarted my laptop several times but the issue still persists.

Ironically, I am not having this issue on my older PC that is still operating on Windows 10. I can view history and access or add bookmarks with no concern to my knowledge.
