Do not have the page forward/back arrows, refresh icon, etc in my toolbar. Saw where this has happened on your page & recommendation was to 'drag' from the left of vertical bar next to the 'Y' in Yahoo- didn't work. Also said to hit the F11 key for Firefox users- didn't work.

Do you have the orange Firefox button, which is an abbreviated menu?

If you have no menus and no toolbars, check that you're not in full screen mode. Use the F11 key to switch between full screen and normal modes.

To reset your menus and toolbars, you can use Firefox's Safe Mode.

First, I recommend backing up your Firefox settings in case something goes wrong. See Backing up your information. (You can copy your entire Firefox profile folder somewhere outside of the Mozilla folder.)

Next, close Firefox, hold the Shift key on the keyboard, and restart. You should get a dialog with various reset options. The only one to check is toolbars. More info: Safe Mode.

Some of your toolbars might be hidden. To turn toolbars on and off, try this:

View menu > Toolbars

If you have the orange Firefox button, tap the Alt key to display the classic menu bar and get the View menu.

In particular, look for the Navigation Toolbar.

The Reload button has moved to the right end of the address box, where it has been combined with Stop and Go. You can move it back to the left side using toolbar customization if you prefer. More detail on request.

Don't have File, View, Edit, Tools, or Help, either. Am I doomed to Internet Explorer (it works) for the rest of my life? Crap, I hope not. Seems that w/o those toolbar functions I'm helpless. More suggestions?

Thanks, got it . For some reason it was stuck in full page mode, F11 had no effect. Deleted program then re-installed. Curse the fickle computer Overlords that Ken Jennings warned us about. Again, thanks for the help
